  What we do for you ....

Support Policy for FREE products

The Vivster program is provided free of charge.  As such our support resources are limited.    As time permits your e-mails for support questions WILL be answered, however we ask that you do the following items first.

  1. Read the FAQ. (Frequently Asked Questions list)

  2. Read the documentation included with the product.  (Start menu | Vivster | Vivster Help )

  3. If you are still have a problem please send an e-mail to: support@vivster.com.   Replies are not guaranteed on a timely basis, but our best efforts will be put forth. 

 

Support Policy for paid services

Priority e-mail support is available for shrink-wrap customers.

If  you purchased a shrink wrap copy of a Vivster product please note that there are specific priority support details included in the documentation.   Please consult your documentation for details on taking advantage of the priority support.
